These can barely be called mods. It's more like adding or switching out.
In the top pic is the added porch light. My Taxitab didn't come with one, and I didn't like the plastic ones the RV stores offer, so I purchased a 1972 Chevy pickup Cargo light. It's made of pot metal, or zinc metal. Has a real thick acrylic lens. It works great. Also note the SS screen room snaps. The fibreglass Tabs don't come with the same rail system to attach a screen room, as do there aluminum sisters.
The bottom photo shows a few things. One is the Maxe Vent cover. You can leave the vent open all the time, and no rain to worry about. Click on photo to enlarge, and you will see the new chrome marker lights, the City Water, and tank fill spouts, and a problem that all Tabs have is fixed with the hood trim over the Heater Exhaust vent. It keeps rain water from entering the two piece exhaust vent. [if you check you will find water stains on the inside around that vent]
Oh! I almost forgot. Covering the sunny side wheel to keep it from sun rot, is a snow saucer painted green[ used to be florescent pink] Hey it works !
